Efficient

I have just bought this product. It is very good for making smoothies. I have been making smoothies ever since i git this product. The power is so good that it blends the smoothies on low. i don't even have to use high... highly recommemded.

No baby? No problem!

I emailed Cuisinart to ask if there was any difference between this "Baby" compact blender and the other compact blender they make. What they told me was the only difference is the colour; otherwise they are identical! Sure you can make baby food with this but to me, it's great for making shakes, smoothies, sauces, and things like that. Oh, and you can also grind nuts and seeds really well with the small cup and grinding blade.

Exactly what I was looking for

This blender does a great job. Blasts through frozen fruit and ice cubes better than my full sized blender ever did. The individual cups are very convenient and the blade is really easy to clean. I have not had a chance to use the grinder blade and cup, but like that it comes with its own lid, so you could grind nuts or whatever and store the rest. Easy to clean, as there are not buttons for food to get trapped in between. I did not buy this for the 'baby' option, but imagine it would do a good job of smaller amounts of food.

Excellent for Protein Shakes/Smoothies!

No babies in the house, but absolutely for perfeect for our morning smoothie/protein shake routine. We can each make our own kind in the travel cups (quick rinse of the blade in-between) and away we go. No problems with frozen fruit or ice.
Travel cup lids are twist-on and hold solidly, with an opening to drink from without needing to remove the lid (if using a straw you will need an extra long one). The cups also fit easily into our car cupholders.
Small footprint on the counter, and dishwasher safe cups, lids and blade assembly so clean-up is a breeze too.
Haven't tried the chopping blade yet, but based on the perfromance of the blending blade I have no worries.
Highly recommended!
